Limitation of Liability

IIAO is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of or inability to use any of the products displayed on our site, or from the performance of these products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

الأخطاء المطبعية

بالرغم من حرص IIAO على تقديم معلومات دقيقة حول المنتجات وأسعارها إلا أن إمكانية حدوث بعض الأخطاء المطبعية وارد. لن تستطيع التأكد من سعر المنتج عند الطلب من موقع IIAO إلا بعد قيامك بوضع الطلب. وفي حال تم عرض أحد المنتجات بسعر أو معلومات خاطئة فإن ل IIAO الحق في رفض أو إلغاء الطلبيات على هذا المنتج كما تراه مناسبا. وفي حال وجود خطأ في تسعيرة أحد المنتجات التي قمت بطلبها فمن الممكن أن تقوم IIAO، بناء على ما تراه مناسبا، بالتواصل معك لمعرفة ما إذا كنت ترغب في الاستمرار في هذا الطلب بعد إجراء التعديل على سعره أو إلغاء الطلب وإعلامك بذلك.

Typographical Errors

Although IIAO strives to provide accurate information regarding products and their prices, typographical errors may occur. You will not be able to confirm the price of a product until you place an order on the IIAO website. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, IIAO reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for that product at its discretion. If there is an error in the pricing of a product you have ordered, IIAO may, at its discretion, contact you to see if you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order and notify you accordingly.

عملية إبطال أو تغيير الحقوق والاحكام

حال تصفحك الموقع و/أو إتمام عملية التسجيل أو التسوق فيه فإنك تصبح ملزما بالشروط والأحكام المذكورة هنا. قد تقوم IIAO بإبطال هذه الشروط والأحكام أو بعضها في أي وقت ولأي سبب كان دون إشعار مسبق بذلك. لن يؤثر إبطال هذه الشروط  أو بعضها على كل من الحقوق والالتزامات تجاه الأطراف الذين تم الاتفاق معهم قبل تاريخ الإبطال.

Revocation or Amendment of Rights and Terms

By browsing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned here. IIAO may revoke or amend these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason without prior notice. The revocation of these terms or any part thereof will not affect the rights and obligations of parties who have agreed to them prior to the date of revocation.

استخدام الموقع

يمنع منعا باتا استخدام لغة بذيئة أو مسيئة أو أي نوع من أنواع الإساءة عبر موقعنا أو الخدمات التي يوفرها لرواده مثل البريد الإلكتروني والدردشة. كما ويمنع انتحال شخصيات الآخرين بمن فيهم موظفين IIAO،  أو ممثلي الموقع أو أي عضو أو زائر آخر. كما ويمنع عبر موقعنا تحميل أو توزيع أونشر أي محتويات بذيئة أو مسيئة أو فيها تعدي على حقوق الأفراد أو الحقوق العامة أو تهديدات أو تشهير أو افتراء أو أي محتويات غير قانونية أو تحريضية من شأنها الحث على الجناية أو انتهاك حقوق أي طرف من الأطراف أومن شأنها أن تؤدي إلى انتهاك أي قانون من القوانين. كما ويمنع تحميل أي محتويات تسويقية على الموقع أواستخدام الموقع لحث الآخرين على الانضمام إلى أي خدمة تسويق عبر الإنترنت أو أي مؤسسات أخرى غير IIAO.    

Website Use

The use of obscene or offensive language, or any form of abuse, through our website or the services it provides, such as email and chat, is strictly prohibited. Impersonation of others, including IIAO employees, site representatives, or any other member or visitor, is also prohibited. It is forbidden to upload, distribute, or publish any obscene, offensive, or abusive content, or content that infringes on individual or public rights, contains threats, defamation, slander, or any illegal or provocative content that incites criminal activity or violates the rights of any party or any law. Additionally, uploading any marketing content to the site or using the site to encourage others to join any online marketing service or any other organizations not affiliated with IIAO is prohibited.

التسعير بعملات مختلفة

يتم تسعير المنتجات المعروضة في موقع IIAO بناء على قيمتها بالدولار الأمريكي. لذلك فإن الأسعار المتوفرة بالعملات الأخرى هي أسعار تم تحويلها من الدولار الأمريكي باستخدام آخر أسعار تحويل العملات عند وضع الطلب. ونتيجة للتذبذب المستمر في قيمة العملات فإن الأسعار التي تظهر بالعملات الأخرى غير الدولار الأمريكي على الموقع، غير السعر الموجود على صفحة المنتج، ليست بالضرورة هي الأسعار النهائية. وتشمل الأجزاء من الموقع التي من الممكن أن تحتوي على أسعار غير دقيقة بعملات أخرى إعلانات الموقع والمعلومات التي تظهر في صفحات فئة المنتج وغيرها. إلا أن السعر الذي يظهرفي صفحة المنتج هو سعر السلعة النهائي الذي عليك دفعه باستثناء تكاليف الشحن.

Pricing in Different Currencies

The products displayed on the IIAO website are priced based on their value in US dollars. Therefore, prices available in other currencies are converted from US dollars using the latest exchange rates at the time of placing the order. Due to the constant fluctuation in currency values, the prices displayed in currencies other than US dollars on the website, apart from the price listed on the product page, may not necessarily be the final prices. Parts of the site that may contain inaccurate prices in other currencies include site advertisements and information displayed on category pages, among others. However, the price shown on the product page is the final price you need to pay, excluding shipping costs.

  الشروط والأحكام التي تحكم هذه الاتفاقية:

1-  تمثل هذه الشروط والأحكام الاتفاق النهائي والأخير بين الأطراف، وعليه فإن IIAO غير ملزمة بأي تعديلات أو تغيرات أو أي شروط وأحكام جديدة  تتم إضافتها على ما ورد هنا ما لم تكن مكتوبة وموقعة وموافق عليها من قبل شخص مخول من قبل شركتنا. كما ولن يتم اعتماد أي تعديلات تقوم بها الشركة على أحكام شحن المنتجات بعد استلام المشتري لها أو قيامه بطلب الشحن أو أي عملية مماثلة تحتوي على شروط وأحكام مطبوعة إضافية عن الأحكام المتفق عليها أو تتعارض معها. إذا حكمت إحدى المحاكم المختصة ببطلان إحدى هذه البنود أو الشروط فإن ذلك لن يؤثر على الشروط والأحكام الأخرى المذكورة هنا والمتفق عليها. 

Terms and Conditions Governing This Agreement

1- These terms and conditions represent the final and complete agreement between the parties. Therefore, IIAO is not obligated to any amendments, changes, or new terms and conditions added to what is stated here unless they are written, signed, and approved by an authorized person from our company. Additionally, any amendments made by the company to the product shipping terms after the buyer has received the product, placed a shipping order, or any similar process containing additional printed terms and conditions that differ from the agreed-upon terms will not be recognized. If a competent court rules any of these terms or conditions invalid, it will not affect the other terms and conditions stated and agreed upon here.

2. قبول الطلبات:  تخضع جميع الطلبات إلى تدقيق للسعرالمكتوب من قبل موظف مخول من شركتنا ما لم يتم الاتفاق على سعر ثابت لفترة محددة. وتحتوي فاتورة IIAO فقط على ما يجب عليك دفعه إلى IIAO ولا تتضمن أي تكاليف أخرى يتم دفعها لجهات أخرى مثل الجمارك مثلاً. 
3. Order Acceptance All orders are subject to price verification by an authorized employee of our company unless a fixed price has been agreed upon for a specific period. The IIAO invoice will include only the amount you are required to pay to IIAO and does not include any additional costs payable to other entities, such as customs fees.
4. الاستبدال:  تحتفظ الشركة بحق استبدال المنتج بمنتج آخر من نفس النوع والجودة والوظيفة دون إشعار مسبق. لذلك إذا كان المشتري لا يرغب في استلام منتج بديل فإن عليه التصريح بأنه لا يرغب بذلك عندما يقوم بالاستفسار عن السعر، إذا كانت العملية تتطلب استفسار مسبق عن السعر، أو أن يحدد ذلك عند وضع طلبه على موقعنا.
5. Replacement The company reserves the right to replace a product with another of the same type, quality, and function without prior notice. Therefore, if the buyer does not wish to receive a replacement product, they must declare this preference when inquiring about the price, if the process requires a prior price inquiry, or specify this when placing their order on our website.
6. السعر: يبقى السعر الذي يتم تقيمه، بما فيه أي تكاليف شحن، نافذا لمدة 10 أيام ما لم يتم الاتفاق على عدم تغيره من خلال اتفاق مكتوب بالسعر المطلوب أو قبول موثق لعملية البيع من قبل موظف مخول من قبل شركتنا. من الممكن أن تقوم شركتنا بإلغاء السعر الثابت الذي تم الاتفاق عليه لمدة معينة إذا لم يكن مكتوبا أو تم إرساله إلى المشتري قبل حصول الشركة على قبول مكتوب للسعر. يتم تقييم جميع الأسعار بناء على استخدام النقل البحري في عملية التوصيل، وتحتفظ شركتنا بحق إلغاء الطلبات في حال كانت أسعار البيع المقررة بناء على القوانين الحكومية أقل من الأسعار التي قمنا بتقييمها.
7. Price The price, including shipping costs, remains valid for 10 days unless otherwise agreed upon not to change through a written agreement specifying the desired price or a documented acceptance of the sales transaction by an authorized employee of our company. Our company may cancel the agreed fixed price for a specific period if it has not been written or sent to the buyer before the company receives a written acceptance of the price. All prices are evaluated based on sea transport in the delivery process, and our company reserves the right to cancel orders if the sale prices set by governmental laws are lower than the prices we have assessed.
8. النقل:  ستقوم شركتنا بتحديد طريقة وشركة التوصيل بناء على ما تراه مناسبا إلا إن تم الاتفاق على غير ذلك. وفي كلا الحالتين فإن الشركة لن تكون مسؤولة عن أي تأخيرات أو تكاليف شحن زائدة من الممكن أن تنشأ نتيجة لهذا الاختيار.
9. Shipping Our company will determine the shipping method and carrier based on what it deems appropriate unless agreed otherwise. In both cases, the company will not be responsible for any delays or additional shipping costs that may arise as a result of this choice.
10. التغليف:  ستلتزم شركتنا بالحد الأساسي من مواصفات التغليف اللازمة بناء على طريقة الشحن التي تم اختيارها ما لم يتم الاتفاق على غيرهذا. أي تكاليف للتغليف الخاص أو التحميل أو أي نوع من العناية الخاصة التي يتم تنفيذها بناء على طلب المشتري يتم تغطيتها من قبل المشتري نفسه. كما ويلتزم المشتري بدفع تكاليف تغليف وشحن أي معدات خاصة به.
11. Packaging Our company will adhere to basic packaging specifications based on the chosen shipping method unless agreed otherwise. Any costs for special packaging, handling, or any type of special care executed at the buyer’s request will be covered by the buyer. Additionally, the buyer is responsible for covering the packaging and shipping costs of any equipment specific to them.
12. شروط الدفع – تطبق التخفيضات على قيمة فاتورة البضاعة فقط وليس على الضرائب وتكاليف الشحن البحري. وتحتفظ شركتنا بحق طلب دفع ثمن البضاعة مقدما أو دفع ضمان إذا استدعى الوضع المادي للمشتري ذلك. إذا لم يلتزم البائع بالدفع كما هو متفق عليه هنا أو في أي اتفاقات إضافية أو لم يلتزم بأي من البنود الأخرى المتفق عليها فلشركتنا الحق بإلغاء أي دفعات غير مشحونة من الطلب ويبقى المشتري مسؤولا ومطالبا بكافة الدفعات التي لم يدفعها بعد.
13. الضرائب ورخص الاستيراد/ التصدير – لا تشمل أسعارنا على الضرائب لذلك فإن على المشتري دفع الضرائب المترتبة على الفواتير المرفقة من شركتنا ما لم يقدم إعفاء يمكن اعتماده لدى السلطات أو أن تكون شركتنا ممنوعة قانونيا من تحصيل تكاليف الضرائب من المشتري. كما ويجب على المشتري تأمين رخص الاستيراد أو التصدير.
14. Payment Terms: Discounts apply only to the merchandise invoice value and not to taxes or sea shipping costs. Our company reserves the right to request advance payment for the merchandise or payment of a deposit if the buyer’s financial situation requires it. If the buyer fails to adhere to the payment terms as agreed upon here or in any additional agreements, or fails to comply with any other agreed terms, our company reserves the right to cancel any unpaid orders, and the buyer remains liable and obligated for all payments not yet made.
15. Taxes and Import/Export Licenses: Our prices do not include taxes, so the buyer is responsible for paying any taxes due on the invoices provided by our company unless an exemption that can be accepted by the authorities is provided, or our company is legally prohibited from collecting tax costs from the buyer. Additionally, the buyer must secure import or export licenses.
16. الملكية ومخاطر الضياع : من المفترض أن تؤدي عملية تسليم البضاعة إلى شركة الشحن إلى وصول الشحنة إلى المشتري، وعليه فإن IIAO غير مسؤولة عن أي مخاطر ضياع أو تلف تحدث  على البضاعة بعد تسليمها إلى شركة الشحن وإنما تقع هذه المخاطر ضمن مسئولية المشتري. أي دعوى تتعلق بأي تلف في البضاعة خلال شحنها أوتسليمها يتم توجيها إلى شركة الشحن مباشرة. أي ادعاءات من قبل المشتري على شركتنا بسبب أي تقصير أو أضرار حدثت قبل تسليم الشحنة إلى شركة الشحن يجب أن يتم توجيهها إلينا كتابيا خلال 5 أيام من استلام الشحنة مرفقة بفاتورة الشحن الأصلية  الموقعة من قبل شركة الشحن وعليها ملاحظة من شركة الشحن تأكد أنها استلمت من شركتنا البضاعة بالحالة المزعومة. وبغض النظر عن مخاطر النقل التي يمكن للمشتري أن يواجهها إلا أن حق ملكية البضاعة المباعة تحت هذا البند تبقى لشركتنا إلى أن يتم دفع المبلغ المتفق عليه كاملا نقدا، وتشتمل دفع السندات المؤجلة الموثقة بمذكرات أو غيرها، والفائدة، وتكاليف النقل، وأتعاب المحامين.ويلتزم المشتري بالقيام بجميع ما هو لازم للمحافظة على حق وملكية الشركة. 
17. إرجاع المنتجات: لا يمكنك إرجاع البضاعة كما ولا يمكنك إلغاء الطلبات بعد أن تم قبولها من قبل شركتنا إلا بوجود موافقة مكتوبة من قبل الشركة على ذلك. لا يسمح بإرجاع القطع التي تم تعديلها  والطلبات الخاصة إلا إذا ثبت أنها كانت تحتوي على مشكلة قبل أن يتم إرسالها إلى المشتري. كما ويتحمل الزبون تكلفة الشحن البحري للبضاعة المرجعة وعليه دفع تكلفة إعادة البضاعة إلى المخازن بما قيمته 100$ أو 20% من قيمة الطلب، أيهما أكثر.

16. Ownership and Loss Risks: Upon delivery of goods to the shipping company, it is assumed that the shipment will reach the buyer. Therefore, IIAO is not responsible for any risks of loss or damage occurring to the goods after delivery to the shipping company; these risks fall under the responsibility of the buyer. Any claims related to damage to the goods during shipping or delivery should be directed directly to the shipping company. Any claims by the buyer against our company due to negligence or damages occurring before the shipment is handed over to the shipping company must be submitted to us in writing within 5 days of receiving the shipment, accompanied by the original shipping invoice signed by the shipping company and bearing a note confirming receipt of the goods from our company in the alleged condition. Regardless of transport risks faced by the buyer, ownership of the sold goods under this clause remains with our company until the full agreed amount is paid in cash, including deferred payments secured by notes or otherwise, interest, transport costs, and attorney fees. The buyer commits to taking all necessary actions to preserve our company’s rights and ownership.
17. Return of Goods: You cannot return merchandise once accepted by our company, nor can you cancel orders without prior written approval from the company. Modified items and custom orders cannot be returned unless proven to have had a defect before being sent to the buyer. The customer bears the cost of sea shipping for returned goods and must pay the return fee to our warehouses, which is $100 or 20% of the order value, whichever is higher.
18. الظروف القاهرة/ الظروف الخارجة عن السيطرة: شركتنا غير مسئولة عن أي تقصير أو فشل في القيام بواجباتها ناتج بطريقة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة عن ظروف قاهرة لا يمكن التحكم بها مثل: تصرفات المشتري، وسلطات عسكرية أو مدنية بما فيها ضوابط الأجور والأسعار، والحرائق، والحروب، وحالات الشغب والتمرد، وتأخير في عملية الشحن، وعدم القدرة على توفير المواد الأولية اللازمة لإتمام العمل مثل: مصادر الطاقة، أو المكونات الأساسية، أو الأيدي العاملة، أو الوقود واللوازم أو أي ظروف أخرى خارجة عن سيطرة الشركة سواء أكانت مطابقة أم غير مطابقة لما تم ذكره سابقا. وفي حال تأثرت بعض الكميات وبقي بعضها الآخر كما هو فإن الشركة ستقوم باستثناء الكميات المتأثرة دون تحمل المسئولية، إلا أن الاتفاق يبقى كما هو. في أي وقت تتعرض فيه الشركة إلى نقص في المستلزمات لأي من الأسباب التي تم ذكرها سابقاً فإن للشركة الحق في توزيع مصادرها وموادها الخام بين مجموعة المستفيدين منها بأي طريقة تراها الشركة عادلة ومنطقية. كما ولا تتحمل الشركة أية مسؤولية عن الأضرار الخاصة أو التبعية الناتجة عن التأخير في حال حدوث أي من الظروف المذكورة سابقاً.
19. أتعاب المحاماة : في حال رفع دعوى على المشتري للحصول على ثمن البضاعة التي تم شرائها أو أي قيمة غير مدفوعة أو أي خرق للشروط والأحكام المتفق عليها من قبله فإن على المشتري دفع تعويض منطقي لأتعاب المحاماة بالإضافة إلى أي تعويض تقر به المحكمة عن أي أضرار أخرى ناتجة.
20. Force Majeure Our company is not liable for any negligence or failure to fulfill its duties directly or indirectly resulting from force majeure circumstances beyond our control, such as: actions by the buyer, military or civil authorities including wage and price controls, fires, wars, riots and rebellions, shipping delays, inability to provide necessary raw materials for completing work such as energy sources, basic components, labor, fuel, supplies, or any other circumstances beyond the company’s control whether conforming or not conforming to what has been mentioned previously. In case some quantities are affected while others remain intact, the company will exempt the affected quantities without assuming responsibility, but the agreement remains as is. At any time the company experiences a shortage in supplies for any of the aforementioned reasons, the company reserves the right to distribute its resources and raw materials among the beneficiaries in any manner it deems fair and logical. The company also does not bear any responsibility for consequential or incidental damages resulting from delays in case any of the aforementioned circumstances occur.
21. Legal Fees If a lawsuit is filed against the buyer to recover the price of purchased goods or any unpaid amounts, or for any breach of the agreed terms and conditions by the buyer, the buyer shall pay reasonable compensation for legal fees in addition to any compensation awarded by the court for other resulting damages.
22. المسؤولية:  بمجرد قبول IIAO طلب الشراء فإنها غير ملزمة أو مسئولة عن أية أضرار أو إصابات ناتجة عن استخدام المنتج لوحده أو مع مجموعة أخرى من المنتجات. لن تكون الشركة مسئولة عن أية أخطاء في الوزن أو الكمية الموصلة ما لم يقوم المشتري بالتواصل معنا خلال 10 أيام من تاريخ وصول الشحنة وإرفاق فاتورة الشحن الأصلية موقعة من شركة الشحن وعليها ملاحظة تشير إلى أن شركة الشحن استلمت البضاعة من شركتنا بهذه الحال. إذا قام المشتري بالتواصل مع شركتنا واتضح أن شركتا تتحمل مسئولية الخطأ فإن الشركة ستقوم إما بشحن الكمية الناقصة من الطلب أو تعويض المشتري بقيمة البضاعة الناقصة كما تراه مناسبا. 
23. الضمان:  نضمن للمشتري خلو جميع منتجاتنا من أي عيب في المواد والتصنيع وأنها مصنعة حسب معايير الصناعة المطلوبة. لذلك فإنه لا يمكن التنازل عن الضمان المذكور هنا، كما وانه يستبدل ويستثنى جميع الضمانات الأخرى غيرالمذكورة هنا بما فيها الضمانات المذكورة والضمنية من خلال تطبيق القانون أو أي ضمانات أخرى مثل أي ضمانات لقدرة المنتج أو كفاءته. لا يمتلك أي وكيل أو موظف أوممثل عن الشركة أي سلطة تمكنه من إلزام شركتنا بأي تمثيل أو تأكيد أو ضمان للبضاعة. لن يتم اعتبار أي من هذه التمثيلات والتأكيدات والضمانات كجزء من هذا الاتفاق وعليه فإنها باطلة. في حال وجود أي عيب في المواد أو التصنيع فإن على المشتري التواصل معنا كتابيا خلال 5 أيام من تاريخ استلامه للبضاعة . إذا لم يتواصل المشتري مع الشركة خلال 5 أيام فإن الشركة تخلي مسئوليتها من هذه العيوب. كما ولاتتحمل الشركة بناءً على الضمان المذكور سابقاً أي مسؤولية في حال الضياع أو التلف الناتج عن سوء استخدام المنتج. كما ولا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية أو ضمانات في ما يتعلق بتصاميم المنتجات. الضمان المذكور أعلاه يستبدل ويستثني جميع الضمانات الأخرى سواء أكانت ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية أو قانونية مثل الضمانات المبطنة المتعلقة بقدرة المنتج أو كفاءته.
24. Liability Once IIAO accepts a purchase order, we are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of the product alone or in conjunction with other products. The company shall not be responsible for any errors in weight or quantity delivered unless the buyer contacts us within 5 days of the shipment arrival date, attaching the original shipping invoice signed by the shipping company and marked with a note indicating that the shipping company received the goods from our company in the stated condition. If the buyer contacts our company and it is determined that the company is responsible for the error, the company will either ship the missing quantity from the order or compensate the buyer for the value of the missing goods as deemed appropriate.
25. Warranty We guarantee to the buyer that all our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship and are manufactured according to industry standards. Therefore, the warranty mentioned here cannot be waived, and all other warranties not mentioned here, including implied warranties under applicable law or any warranties regarding product capacity or efficiency, are hereby excluded and replaced. No agent, employee, or representative of the company has the authority to bind our company to any representation, affirmation, or warranty regarding the goods. Any such representations, affirmations, and warranties shall not be considered part of this agreement and are therefore void. In the event of any defect in materials or workmanship, the buyer must contact us in writing within 5 days of receiving the goods. If the buyer fails to contact the company within 5 days, the company waives its responsibility for these defects. Additionally, based on the warranty mentioned above, the company assumes no responsibility for loss or damage resulting from misuse of the product. Furthermore, the company does not assume any responsibility or warranties regarding product designs. The aforementioned warranty replaces and excludes all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties concerning product capacity or efficiency.
26. التعويضات وحدود المسؤولية: لا تتحمل شركة IIAO مسؤولية أي خسارة تبعية أو عرضية أو تلف أو مصاريف ناتجة بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر من بيع أو استخدام المنتج والتعامل معه أو  أي سبب مرتبط بذلك. ومهما كانت الإدعاءات الموجهة لشركتنا، بما فيها ادعاءات عدم الالتزام بالضمان أو الإهمال ، فإن مسؤوليتها  تنحصر فقط باستبدال المنتجات التي لا تتوافق مع هذه الاتفاقية، أو إعادة قيمة هذه البضاعة وإرجاعها إلى حساب المشتري، أو التنسيق معه لإصلاح القطع حسب ما تراه الشركة مناسباً. إذا طلبت شركة IIAO  إرجاع السلع إليها فسوف يتم إيصال الشحنة المرجعة إلى شركتنا بناء على تعليمات الإرجاع الخاصة بالشركة. وعليه فإن التعويضات المذكورة في هذه الفقرة تمثل المصدر الوحيد للمشتري ضد شركة IIAO إذا أخلت بإحدى التزاماتها سواء أكان الضمان أو أي إخلال من نوع آخر. ما دامت شركتنا تقوم بما في وسعها لتصحيح أي خرق للقانون من الممكن حصوله، فإنها تحرص أن تكون التعويضات التي توفرها كما هو مذكور في هذا البند مرضية.
27. الاختيار:  يقر المشتري أنه قام بشراء البضاعة لأسباب تتناسب مع الاستخدام الفعلي أو المقصود منها وأنه لا يعتمد على التقييمات التي يقدمها موقعنا في اختيار البضاعة أو المواد المناسبة أو تصميم  البضاعة أو المواد المناسبة. كما ويقر المشتري أن استخدامه لهذه البضاعة  سيكون ضمن كافة القوانين الحكومية. على المشتري أن يتحمل مسؤولية الدفاع عن شركة IIAO وورثتها والورثة المتنازل لهم والشركات التابعة لها وتعويضها وتحمل كافة الأضرار والتكاليف (بما فيها أتعاب المحاماة) والمسؤولية الناتجة عن ادعاءات حقيقية أومزعومة أو أي عقوبات مقررة أو مفروضة على شركتنا ناتجة عن أي انتهاك مزعوم لقوانين أو أحكام أو تشريعات أو معايير فدرالية أو محلية أو متعلقة بولاية محددة مرتبطة أو بسبب أي استخدام  للبضاعة المشتراة من موقعنا.
28. القانون المتبع: هذه الاتفاقية وكل ما يرتبط بها من التزامات يتوافق مع ويكون محكوم ضمن قانون الدولة الكندية. علاوة على ذلك، فإنها  تفسر على أنها اتفاقية بين تجار. 
29. Compensation and Limitation of Liability: IIAO shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, direct, or indirect damages, or expenses arising from the sale, use, handling, or any related cause thereof of the product. Regardless of any claims against our company, including claims of warranty breach or negligence, our liability is limited solely to replacing products that do not conform to this agreement, refunding the value of such goods returned to the buyer’s account, or coordinating repair of the parts as deemed appropriate by the company. If IIAO requests the return of goods, the returned shipment shall be delivered to our company following our specific return instructions. Therefore, the compensations mentioned in this paragraph represent the sole remedy for the buyer against IIAO in case of any breach of its obligations, whether warranty-related or otherwise. As long as our company makes reasonable efforts to correct any legal breach that may occur, the compensations provided as stated in this clause are deemed satisfactory.
30. Choice: The buyer acknowledges that they purchased the goods for purposes that fit their actual or intended use, and that they do not rely on evaluations provided by our website in selecting goods or suitable materials or designs. The buyer also acknowledges that their use of these goods will comply with all governmental laws. The buyer shall indemnify IIAO, its successors, assigns, subsidiaries, and compensate them for all damages and costs (including attorney fees) and liabilities arising from actual or alleged claims or any penalties imposed or levied on our company due to any alleged violation of federal or local laws, regulations, standards, or laws of a specific state related to the use of goods purchased from our website.
31. Governing Law: This agreement and all its associated obligations shall be governed by the laws of the Canadian province. Furthermore, it is interpreted as an agreement between merchants.
